Kaz Stays was born from a simple frustration — finding a truly exceptional private villa in India should not feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. Our founder Aryan spent years travelling India, staying in hotels that promised luxury but delivered generic. He knew something better was possible.
In 2022, with a single villa on the shores of Candolim Beach, Kaz Stays opened its doors. The philosophy was simple — curate only the finest properties, surround them with genuine hospitality, and make the booking experience as beautiful as the stay itself.
Three years and 5,000 guests later, that philosophy has not changed. We are still small by design. Every villa is personally known to us. Every guest matters to us. That will never change.
