Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the check-in date are fully refunded, including the security deposit.
50% Refund
Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. The security deposit is refunded in full.
No Refund
Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in, or no-shows, will forfeit the entire booking amount. The security deposit is refunded.
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
